Aave is the Ethereum-based money market where users can borrow and lend is a wide variety of digital assets.

How the Aave Efforts

• If nearly all assets in the pool use, the interest rate is high to entice liquidity providers to deposit more capital.

• And if nearly no assets in the pool use, the interest rate charged is low to entice borrowing. Also, Aave allows users to take out loans in the different cryptocurrencies that they deposited.

• And for instance, the user can deposit Ethereum (ETH), then withdraw stable coins to deposit into Yearn. Finance (YFI) to earn the standard yield.
